Refund Policy

This website provides booking services for consultation, site survey, and planning related to home renovation.

Nature of Services

All services offered on this website are service-based bookings, not physical goods.

These include:

  • Consultation services (online or phone)
  • On-site survey and measurement
  • Design and planning services

Full renovation work is not sold online and is quoted separately after assessment.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet been delivered
  • The refund request is made before the scheduled appointment time
  • The request is submitted with valid order details

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The service has already been completed (e.g., consultation delivered or site visit conducted)
  • The customer fails to attend the scheduled appointment
  • The customer cancels after the agreed appointment time
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer results in service disruption

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their booking under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may not be eligible for a full refund

Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change.

  • Customers may request to reschedule their appointment with reasonable notice
  • Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, subject to availability

Failed or Missed Appointments

If a customer fails to attend a scheduled service:

  • The service may be considered completed
  • No refund will be issued

In certain cases, we may offer rescheduling at our discretion.


Service Issues

If you believe there is an issue with the service provided:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of service delivery
  • Provide clear details of the issue

We will review the case and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include partial refund or follow-up service where applicable.


Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Additional processing time may depend on your payment provider
